Attorney Michael Avenatti is now accused of embezzling $1.5 million from NBA star Hassan Whiteside.

Sunday reports detailed records, which revealed the Miami Heat center wired Avenatti $2.7 million.

Most of the funds were intended for his ex-girlfriend Alexis Gardner.

As part of the original deal, Avenatti was entitled to a little over one million dollars in fees of the total amount.

Instead, prosecutors said he kept the entire amount and put it toward a private jet.

This comes as Avenatti faces separate charges of allegedly trying to extort $20 million from sportswear giant Nike.
