You?ll be responsible for interacting with each of your dedicated clients by checking in on their needs, expectations, and satisfaction. You will also be a champion for all Bangert, Inc. products and services that will empower client?s in all aspects of their business.

Through utilization of our digital-first initiatives you can stay in touch with your clients in the best ways possible: one-on-one video, conversational surveys, and office visits ? to name a few. Your tools will include some of the most cutting-edge resources available.

Optimize & Refine

Account Directors will need to keep abreast of changes in the construction software and technology space while refining and optimizing their advisory methods. Success is a team effort and we encourage collaboration and analysis whenever possible.

Requirements

Schedule and hold quarterly meetings (video chat or in-person) with each dedicated client.

Document and maintain an accurate list in Bangert CRM of all products and services each dedicated client utilizes and develop a plan around ways to increase client productivity with additional service and product offerings.

Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams, driving increased efficacy from ideas/thoughts/information gleaned during client interactions.

Actively participate in creating video content required for sales, marketing and client services.

Who We Are Looking For

Substantial experience with Sage 100, Sage 300, or Acumatica ERP platform

5-10 years of experience in an account service and software implementation role

Significant experience in professional client relationship management

The ability to plan and strategize with senior level decision makers

Ability to communicate company needs to technical/development teams

Experience working with and analyzing data and creating reports

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Effective team management and leadership abilities

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
