The Job’s Core
As an Account Manager, you will provide in-depth product knowledge, implementation best practices, product optimization, and industry guidance to your clients. This is a technical role that requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Innovative Methods
Through utilization of our digital-first initiatives Account Managers will be active in resolving issues, customizing workflows and products, as well as contributing to our online database of tutorials and how-to videos that help our clients succeed. Your tools will include some of the most cutting-edge resources available.

Optimize & Refine
Product testing, solution deployment, and implementation requires optimization and refinement of your process and work. Success is a team effort and we encourage collaboration and analysis to produce positive outcomes whenever possible.
Requirements
Advise clients in all phases of the implementation process and serve as the project/implementation lead
Identify product customization/optimization opportunities and process improvement opportunities
Address client inquiries and provide best practice guidelines
Work with other functional groups to deliver existing functionality or new application enhancements for clients, e.g.: Development teams, Application Analysts, Technical Support
Provide oversight of any assigned project resources and delegate work assignments
Monitor progress, develop project schedules, define project deliverables, and produce status reports
Develop and maintain project plans and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Manage client expectations, cultivate the client relationship, deliver timely completion of project milestones, and ensure project outcomes are exceeding client expectations
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor?s degree and three years of work-related experience required
Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, or Acumatica ERP platform
The ability to plan and strategize with a team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Some travel may be required
