[Full-time] Administrative Assistant – 16517 at Micro Solutions

Location: New York


This position is for our dynamic Fortune 500 partner in the Corning Valley.

Vacation and Benefits package available.

This is an 11 month assignment with possibility of extension.

NOTE ? Applicant must be U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Provide secretarial and administrative support. Compose correspondence and memos, maintain appointment schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings and prepare information reports.

Education: Minimum of Associates Degree in related field required

Experience: 1-3 years of related experience required.

Must Haves:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Good communication skills

  • Willingness to support others
