JOB TITLE: AMBASSADOR CLUB DIRECTOR/MARKETING COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY:
Promotes the membership of the Ambassador Club by planning, initiating and expediting activities for our customers and potential new members. Included activities are educational seminars, parties, movies, activities and trips.Supports Ambassador Club efforts at other locations and looks for expansion possibilities within the Company.Supports the marketing, communications, and public relations efforts of Platte Valley Companies, with specific emphasis on the Scottsbluff/Gering/Morrill markets.

REPONSIBILITIES:1. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for the planning/promotion of activities, such

as parties, seminars, trips, movies, otherevents and to promote financial, social and personal

services to our Ambassador Club customers.

f. Assistwithcompanyfunctionsandparticipateintheannual?floatcommittee?.

g. Serveasacontactfor publicrelationsactivitiesinthelocalarea.

h. Responsible for creating/distribution of bi-monthly newsletter for club members.

i.Review and monitor expenditures. Submit bills to be paid.

j. Keep informed on changes and/or new bank and insurance products to promote and cross-sell to members.

k. Irregular hours may be necessary to perform duties.

l. Recruit other PVC associates to help with activities/functions, when necessary.

m. Back-up Marketing Director as needed.

2.COMPLIANCE:
1. Maintain audit, security, compliance and regulatory standards.

2. Keep informed of changes in general, banking services, procedures, and in the economy as well.

3.MISCELLANEOUS OTHER DUTIES:
1. Assist with company functions when possible.

1. Fill in for other departments and/or companies when high volume creates a need if it works within the department/company schedule.

2. Work Saturdays and some holidays on a rotation basis.

3. Assume other duties and responsibilities as requested.

REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Qualifications:
1. Posthighschooleducationand/ortwoyearsmarketing/public relationsexperience.

3.Excellentcomputerskillsinvariousapplications.ProficientinusingMicrosoftWord,Excel,PowerPoint, Publisher; skills in and AdobePhotoshop and InDesignpreferred.

4.Socially skillful with good organizational and leadership qualities.

5.Ability to travel up to 15% of the time. Must have

strength and stamina to travel with group via motor coach, airplane etc.

6.Important that Director has a warm, pleasant personality and sensitive to the needs of ?senior? people. Should be extremely comfortable hosting events with audiences up to 200 persons.

7.Effective oral and written communication skills.

8.Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

9.Must possess skills to maintain harmonious working relationships with supervisors, co-workers and customers.

10.Valid driver?s license.

11.Valid Passport, or ability to obtain passport within 90 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:
Light Work – exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force

constantly to move objects.

In-House Training Requirements:
Continue on-going training for department operations, policies and procedures.

Normal working days are Monday through Friday~40 hour work week.However, work on some Saturdays, Sunday or holidays may be required by your supervisor.
