Baker I?s are responsible for:
- Production of scratch baked goods.
- Operation of large scale and specialty bakery equipment.
- General cleaning of bakery equipment.
- Instruction and oversight of student employees.
Bakers may be asked to focus on certain areas of production: dessert and breakfast production, bread production, bagels and pizza dough, and packaging.
