The Bridging the Gap Director is responsible for developing & directing the BTG program in Pittsfield and N. Adams.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice or related field preferred
A minimum of one-year experience working with at risk youth
Experience teaching and developing small youth groups
Excellent Communication Skills
Program Experience preferred
Strong Networking Skills are essential
Monday (Pittsfield) 10am-6pm
Tuesday (N. Adams) 10am-6pm
Wednesday (Pittsfield) 10am-6pm
Thursday (N. Adams) 10am-6pm
Friday (Pittsfield/N. Adams) 9:30am-2:30pm (2.5 hrs/each location)
Total Hours 35 hours
