Description:
As Floor Manager you will be reporting to the Boutique Store Manager. Your time will be spent primarily on the floor. As floor manager, you will perform all sales associates duties as needed, act as an assistant manager to the Store Manager, and be responsible for the following:
Tasks:
- Customer service
- Communicate all customer service policies
- Host to all customers
- Create call lists
- Complete customer books & Build client lists
- Leadership
- Delegate Workload
- Recruit & train new staff members
- Supervise Staff
- Convene team meetings
- Create team memos
- Merchandising
- Check in & account for all new merchandise
- Arrange merchandise & store windows
- Clean up store & displays
- Stock
- Stock taking & inventory
- Order Stock
- Rotate out back stock & sale items
- Operations
- Assist with all store operations
- Perform ad hoc tasks
- Marketing
- Build call & email lists
- Manage social media outlets
- Delegate and prepare event prep sheets
- Create content library
Requirements
- Proven experience in management position
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal abilities

- Excellent knowledge of retail management software
- BA/ BS in retail management, business or relevant field
