[Full-time] Office Administrator at Window World of Huntsville

Location: Alabama

$12.50 – $18.00 an hour

Window World is the largest remodeling company in the United States. We specialize in replacement windows, doors, and siding. Our Huntsville location is family owned and operated by the same family for 17 years. We are searching a a dedicated and loyal individual to assist our general manager and sales team.


  • Result leads in our CRM
  • Audit sales contracts for accuracy and completeness
  • Input contract data in our CRM
  • Scheduling consultants leads and services
  • Assist with walk in customers
  • Restock sales literature
  • File away completed files
  • Upkeep on literature inventory
  • Assist in keeping office organized and clean
  • Answer overflow customer service calls from our customer cares team


  • Ability to work 40 hours a week (8AM-5PM)
  • Elevated typing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Microsoft office and excel experience

Window World also sponsors and attends many events and shows. These shows are required to be attended by salaried employees and requested attendance for hourly employees. We have a wonderful team and we are looking to grow it with strong individuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.50 to $18.00 /hour
